D’aquesta festa major albinyanenca recordáré alguns moments, durant força temps.
No poder fer castells després del bon pregó que ens va oferir el Josep Maria Guitart, ni viure el concert de rock, ni el ball de dissabte per culpa de la pluja feia anys que no ho veíem.
El que sí recordaré es veure tot el jovent local treballant amb il·lusió per un projecte concret: fer realitat el Nyctalus (un rat penat) de foc.
Les ganes que han posat durant tota la festa major per donar un bon servei a tots els actes i la pinya total entre tot el jovent per portar a terme la seva bestia de foc és, al meu entendre, la imatge de la Festa Major 2008.
Les samarretes negres amb el “Ja s’acosta” han visualitzat el que, estic segur, passarà: El Nyctalus es passejarà pels nostres carrers l’any vinent.
Tinc en la meva condició de responsable públic, moments on em sento molt orgullós de poder servir a la nostra comunitat. Molts moments d’aquestos els he viscut des de divendres al vespre amb l’exemple donat pels joves on en aquesta festa major ens han donat moltes dosis de la millor vitamina possible per pensar que conceptes com l’esforç, la solidaritat, la confiança i l’estima a una terra i a les seves tradicions tenen molt de futur a casa nostra.
