La moció de censura és un mecanisme que no es pot eludir en el nostre sistema democràtic actual. Aquesta eina permet el canvi polític constructiu, ja que s’ha de presentar una alternativa política a la que regeix. Tal i com el planteges la moció a nivell local, on es produeixen situacions de discordància personal -enemistats…-, poc representatius de la ciutadania, t’he de dir que aquest fet ja es dóna a les mateixes Eleccions, per tant és un mal endèmic de l’actual democràcia local, i no pas fruit de les mocions de censura.
Al contrari, en casos de MOCIONS DE CENSURA és quan apareixen les nombroses irregularitats a les que ens tenen acostumats els actuals Ajuntaments, sobretot urbanístiques i d’interessos particulars (molts d’ells Convergents) com pot ser el cas de Roda de Barà.
