El cap de llista de Convergència i Unió a les eleccions europees del 7 de juny, Ramon Tremosa, va impartir una conferència el passat dijous a la Cofradia de Pescadors de Tarragona.
Per molts va ser la primera ocasió que escoltaven a l’economista i professor universitari en directe. I van quedar gratament sorpresos.
Tremosa exposa clarament la situació clau de Catalunya com a porta d’Europa. Realista, contundent en els plantejaments, i amb una preparació indubtable, va anar explicant les possibilitats del port de Tarragona i, com a partir de la bona feina del port, s’irradia la riquesa cap a totes les comarques veïnes.
En temps de crisi, escoltar algú que genera optimisme perquè coneix de que parla era com una pluja al mes de maig. La gent va sortir de la conferència encantada. I aquest és potser el millor resum que es pot fer de Ramon Tremosa: el candidat de la il·lusió i que creu en les pròpies possibilitats que té Catalunya per tirar endavant.
